Course Planning

Navrh jezika contains 62 lessons, enough to cover two semesters of a 3-credit intermediate-level university course. Lessons are structured as stand-alone lessons that can be used sequentially or selectively, allowing instructors to adapt the textbook to different course formats, pacing preferences, and student needs.

While each lesson functions independently, the overall design maintains thematic and pedagogical coherence across units. This structure enables instructors to customize the curriculum without sacrificing continuity in language development, communicative goals, or cultural focus.

CYCLES OF INSTRUCTION

The textbook is divided into 8 units, with the first four units (units 1-4) covered in the Fall semester and the remaining four units (units 5-8) covered in the Spring semester. This structure ensures a balanced and comprehensive learning experience throughout the academic year.

Spring Semester
